サービス内容
The 18+ is a choreography- based class for 18+ and up. Heels are OPTIONAL, but the class focuses on confidence, control, and expressive movement. You can expect choreography that includes head rolls, hair flips, body waves, floor work, etc. The style and pace of the choreography will VARY depending on the song and may range from slow and sultry to fast-paced and powerful. If you’re unsure whether the class will fit you, we recommend checking our Instagram for choreography previews for the certain class to get a better feel for the vibe. What to Wear: • Heels are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED • Knee pads are required for floor work • Wear something comfortable or DRESSING UP is also encouraged (as we can take videos after) Please Note: This is NOT A BASIC class. It is a choreography-focused class, and the level (Intermediate or Advanced) will be clearly stated on the class poster. Please choose the level that best matches your experience. This class is for dancers who want to build confidence, performance quality, and presence through Heels choreography.

We understand things come up, train delays, weather conditions, emergency appointments, sudden chance of work schdedule, etc., but we require at least 48 hours to fill the newly vacant slot. To cancel any of the dance classes without being charged for the lesson, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the class starts. This also include switching of class dates. If you must cancel within the 48-hour period, you will be charged for the lesson in full. Please note that we do not make exceptions to this policy. Thank you.
